My grandfather, Renie Wilson, worked at ASARCO facilities in San Luis Potosi, Monterrey, El Paso and Avalos. I posted a previous document from ASARCO requesting a Visa on my grandfather’s behalf. Here’s another one from August 1954. I enjoy reading these documents for the history (whether he had communistic tendencies), writing style (polite and with humility) and the letterhead fonts (love this one…I’m pretty nerdy).
